About

I’m a fourth-year Computer Science student at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). My work sits where human–computer interaction meets speech and language technology: I care about how AI systems fit into the way people actually talk, read, and decide.

I also enjoy the lower layers — networking, containers, and the infrastructure that keeps real-time systems running.

• Real-time meeting transcription

  Senior project, HAIX Lab, NYCU

  An AI-assisted meeting transcription system with live speech recognition. I work on the audio pipeline and streaming architecture, and explore Mandarin ASR models for real-time captioning over WebSocket.

• Multimodal retrieval for RAG

  Natural Language Processing course

  A hybrid retrieval pipeline combining BM25 and BGE-M3 dense retrieval with reciprocal rank fusion, cross-encoder reranking, and a learning-to-rank stage (XGBRanker) on engineered features.

• Containerized 5G core network

  Networking lab

  Built and debugged an end-to-end 5G stack with srsRAN and Open5GS running in Docker on Ubuntu.

  An OpenFlow network on Open vSwitch controlled by ONOS, with a Prometheus and Grafana dashboard for traffic monitoring.
